I recently finished work on the design for a new developer talent agency called Pitchbox.
The design went through several stages and iterations to find the tone and feel that Pitchbox were looking for. Some of the different variations can be seen above, or on the Dribbble project I made for it.
The site is aimed squarely at the best developers who are looking for (most likely secretly) a new job opportunity at a top class company.
It was great fun being able to design the project from a few different angles, from vintage and typographic to more clean ‘product’ styles.
I tried out various illustration styles, with the main aim to provide a sense of trustable quality – while adding some fun and personality to a subject which is traditionally quite dry.
The site is responsive and has been optimised for different devices, with the mobile experience being a little different from the desktop version of the site. It is still in a period of testing, with more design work scheduled soon.
